    I obtain the services of New England Pack & Ship to pick up and ship items from an auction near them in Feb. 2022. On March 14th, 2022 I contacted them via email as to the status. They informed me that they had the items but one item was dropped off a packing table and broke. I was given the option of receiving the item as is and they would pay for repairs that I would have done or they could submit an insurance claim. I choose the insurance claim. They sent me all the items that were not damaged. On April 28th, 2022 I emailed a request for an update on the claim. They stated that they forgot to submit the claim and would send it immediately. I asked to be kept updated. On May 13th, 2022 I request another update. No reply. On May 31 I emailed another request for an update and proof of a claim submittal. Again nothing. On July 14, 2022 I emailed informing them that I would not be utilizing their service on a recent purchases from the same local auction. That same day they replied saying they had received the settlement from the insurance on Tuesday, July 12th and would mail the check Thurs. the 14th. On August 1 I followed up informing them that I had not received the check and that payment would be accepted via PayPal. They replied the same day, August 1st saying that it was mailed out on the 14th and that they would put a stop payment on the check. They also said that they would send the funds of $1,880.50 via PayPal and send the confirmation when made. As of today, August 3rd, nothing has happen. I feel that I've given them ample opportunities to rectify the situation. I have a very clear email trail to support my claim. I would appreciate your assistance in the matter. ********************* **************************************************************** ************ *************************
