  This replaces a comment I left in the prior week. I recently had a MassSave home energy efficiency inspection, in which the representative discovered that work done by Energia in 2021 had been faulty or falsified (unfinished airsealing, missing rim joist insulation, and folded measurement cards indicating 12 inches of cellulose had been blown into my attic when only 8 inches was there). I posted a review here on the BBB site and Ben from Energia reached out. After I explained the situation, he determined that my job had been done by a problematic employee who was terminated soon after, and offered to come back and finish the insulation job and then some. An Energia crew led by Troy came out this week and finished the rim joist insulation and air sealing work, and blew 18" of cellulose into the attic to make up for the problems in the 2021 work. Troy was very courteous and professional and the crew did the work quickly and tidily, and took extra care to ensure my attic ventilation was not blocked by the new insulation, and Ben followed up the next day to make sure the job had been done to my satisfaction. I am very appreciative that Energia stands behind their work and is willing to do what it takes to make sure their work is done right.

  Hired Energia to do work in ************* - I had no problems submitting for WG&E energy credits. The work was completed as I requested.  Ben and Fernando both did a good job planning out the job to minimize drilling in my house. (Blown in cellulose insulation)

  Dishonest company. Shows up on the job and alters the scope of work then wants to get fully paid as if the original scope was maintained. Then they decide how much to refund. Although their employees are polite, the solution provided did not resolve the problem they were hired to fix. Would not recommend their services.
