    I purchased three pairs of hey dude shoes all three at $15.99 a pair plus s&h in two orders on April 8th 2023. In two different orders. I’ve not received either of the orders. I’ve emailed them with the email provided at the end of my confirmation email and have gotten no response([email protected]) I even called the number provided and left a voicemail and no return call was given. Binn Trading 117 Inc is also listed at the bottom of the confirmation. One invoice totaled $25.89 the other was $41.88. Would like the product I ordered or my money back.

    Ordered shoes on March 22, 2023. Have not received order. Unable to log on to website. Claims no account or orders with that email. Money withdraw from bank account. Have received phone call from 1+ 8659197985996 which showed as coming from China. Voicemail left in Chinese.

    I made a purchase from their website, it said it would be shipped but then the tracking info said it wouldnt come until April of 2023. When I just got on and checked tracking it said the shoes were already delivered, which they were NOT. I then emailed the customer service email I had been exchanging emails with before, it said it was no longer a valid email and the website can no longer be found. I believe this is a big scam and my product was never going to be delivered in the first place.

    Went to the website. Purchased shoes. The shoes were never received. The website is bogus. They mailed a "gift" which was a small piece of cloth. This shows records of shipment sent and received but the shipments are not the ordered goods.no way to contact company or get a refund
