      Billshark did not end up saving my anything on my Specturm bill and ended up causing confusion that I had to settle with Spectrum, because they were going to end my promotional rate early. I still ended up paying them for their "service" despite not getting any discounts and thought that was ******** 5 months later, Spectrum has changed their plans and when I tried to understand the bill changes, I couldn't because Billshark had changed the name on my account (either by mistake or not, I don't know because I was not notified), which caused more headaches in trying to work out the bill changes with Spectrum.I would caution any users of this service because this has only ended up in causing more hassle and paying another company. Perhaps this is a YMMV issue, as my brother in a different state used the service and did not have issues.

      To clarify, ****************** does not have the authorization to change the name on your Spectrum account, as we do not have control over account ownership details. The only change made to your account was securing a lower rate than what was being paid prior. Sometimes, providers make changes on their end that can lead to unexpected issues, and we understand how frustrating that can be.


      Our guarantee is to secure savings for our customers, and if a provider did not apply the savings we achieved, we are more than happy to review the situation and see what transpired. We certainly dont want you to pay for something you didnt receive. Our **************** team has proactively reached out to understand what happened and assist in any way we can.

      I have now reached out to you via my login because in addition to discovering that the name had been changed on my account by one of your employees - despite my own contacting of Spectrum and getting them to lower the rates myself, I discover that I have been charged by Billshark to my credit card for lowering my internet bill - in effect being charged for my own work. To your final claim that you have reached out to me - I have received 0 correspondence from you, other than this response to my review. No texts, or e-mails, despite having both those contact methods to reach out to me. In fact, if I had not been reviewing my own credit card statements, I would have not found your charge for "saving" me money on my ***************** I'll let that speak for ********* addition, there is no easy way to remove my saved credit card information on the Billshark login. Extremely predatory behavior towards consumers.

However, I would be happy to investigate further with Spectrum to understand what may have caused this ************ for the charge on your credit card, I certainly dont want you paying for something you didnt receive. Our records indicate that we worked on your Spectrum bill, but if you had already secured the discount on your own before we completed the negotiation, Id be happy to review the timeline and issue a refund if appropriate. Could you provide a copy of your previous bill and any confirmation of the discount you secured so we can verify?I also want to address your concern about communication. I sincerely apologize if you did not receive any previous outreach from us. Our customer service team had noted an attempt to follow up, but I want to ensure we go over everything directly.       Am just getting around to this review after Billshark did a good job for us getting our Internet (Spectrum) bill down. Spectrum basically has a monopoly over here, so it's much appreciated. The upfront payment is a bit of a shock, but if you do the math, you will definitely benefit from Billshark's work for you. This is the second time we have had a good result with the service and we're happy with the result. Thank you!

      Hard to cancel. **** providing service with out details or approval. Billed right away before any savings were realized. I didnt even see any savings on my bill . Dont recommend. Being billed for nothing

      Told me I saved $420 a year, charged me $168 upfront. My bill has gone up $11.50 a month for a total of $138 a year! Instead of saving $420 a year they just cost me an additional $306 a year!
