    One star is being very generous for this company. Proceed with caution if you hire this company. We contracted this company as a part of our pool installation and had issues with them as soon as they started the work. What I signed off on, was not what we ended up with and it was none of our fault. They didn't do much to try and solve the issue that WE DID NOT CAUSE. The project manager was the worse communicator I have ever worked with. I never knew when their team was going to show up and every time I talked with her, something required a change. Our stairs were not done per code and when I emailed them about this, they did not respond. They sent a text and said we will assess and then a railing was installed. (this was done after someone already fell and broke their arm). They like to talk verbally and not in email or text like I had asked. I have had no luck trying to contact the owners. because I have found several names. Their team was disrespectful to our property and threw our things in the ***** during construction. We have damaged items such as solar lights, floats, etc. When they poured the concrete for the decking, they took awful care of our brand new pool. There was tons of cement in it. The communication was so bad, I never knew when they were showing up. They showed up one evening while we were all in the pool and just stared at us. When they came to finish last week, I had thought they were already finished. That's a good example of the poor communication. We are SO very disappointed in this company and we wish we never spent the amount of money we did with them. It was A LOT of money to us and they seem like they could care less about us. I only received "I am so sorry" last week and I said "Sorry just doesn't cut it!!" This was the worse experience I have ever had with a contractor. Never again!!!
