TERRIBLE! They never sent a proper link for a course and no one responds to help requests. Totally ghosted after purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't do business with this company!! I would give them a zero rating if the scale went that low. I hired Dronegenuity to fly over a large tract of land we were contemplating buying. After taking my credit card information and receiving no status updates, my calls and texts went unanswered. I filed a "theft of services" complaint with my credit card company, and my account has been credited, at least temporarily. Total scam.

Dronegenuity instructed me to fly a commercial site and take 20 photos of varying heights and angles etc and three minutes of video mainly of the loading docks. Upon my arrival, I notified security and the front desk had no idea who I was and that a company had been hired. After 45 minutes, the manager spoke to the front desk and I knew him from a previous leadership course. He gave me approval based on our prior connection and still had not spoken to Dronegenuity. The job was one hour from my house. The initial job was $110. Due to the hassle, I was advised that they would pay be $20 extra.I provided Dronegenuity with over four minutes of video of the loading docks. I took over 50 photos of the property. Close-up photos of the building were not possible with the amount of semi truck traffic. I was told that the client said I missed the **** and they requested I go back out for close-up videos and photos of the front of the building and loading docks. I was repeatedly called and emailed by *********************** wanting me to go back for additional photos and videos. He went from $20 more to $175 to finally $200 to go back out and finish the job.I returned and took another four minutes from four videos of close-*** and a larger aerial video. I took another ***** photos. I uploaded the video and photos. After two days, I was told I missed the **** and they would not be paying me anything. The client requested another pilot.****** emailed me and said that he made a mistake having me going back out and that I missed the **** again. He offered to pay out of his own pocket $25 in a gas card. I had over ****************, four hours in a vehicle, and **** hires at the site combined.Their decision to pay me $0 and not knowing where my photos and videos are is very appalling.Terrible business model and company.RUN/FLY AWAY if they offer you a job.

Hired for a job, never received payment. I carried out the job as instructed. I was asked to leave by ***********************. The ******* stated there is no way they would allow anyone to take photographs of the site. Contacted Dronegenuity so they could figure out what was going on. Their client obviously didnt have permission to do what was asked. I did not receive any compensation for my time. They will no longer communicate with me.
