    I had a terrible experience with this company. The owner DJ was incredibly disrespectful to **** bought a fridge and a stove from this company, 3 weeks later the fridge stopped working and I lost hundreds of dollars of food. It took me 4 days to get in touch with the owner as she refused to take my calls. When i finally spoke with the owner, she was disrespectful and had no empathy for my situation. Whirlpool had contacted me to say they had sent a replacement fridge to Hudson Appliance. ** refused to deliver the fridge on that day, and In the middle of the call, she screamed she was going to cancel the order. DJs argument for not delivering a new fridge was she was not sure who was going to cover the cost of the fridge malfunctioning, to which I replied "that is not my problem as I have a 3 week old fridge that does not work". The order was cancelled and they scheduled a pick up. I would NEVER purchase from this company. Bad business.

    It is unfortunate that you had issues with your new refrigerator. In situations as these, Hudson Appliance is required to follow manufactures procedures for returned product. We can not pre-deliver products unless the authorizations are complete. I do apologize for not getting in touch with you immediately but I was at an offsite training. In my absence, Hudson Appliance Managers and Staff did their best to process the claim in a timely manner. We received authorization but I understand it wasn't quick enough for your needs. We also understand the extreme inconvenience of not having a working refrigerator so DJ was going to squeeze you into the delivery schedule 4/5/24 from 2-4pm, the day you spoke with her. You demanded an exact time or you wanted a refund. We not only refunded you completely for the refrigerator order but also took back the range. In additional, you received $100 credit directly from Hudson Appliance to help with the food loss. I do regret that we could not handle this the way you wanted. If you are looking for additional food loss assistance, you may want to reach out to Whirlpool directly **************************************************.
