    A neighbor used this service to cut some trees. They did a bad job. They went over the property line--clearly marked by a fence and rock wall--and cut more trees on our side than on theirs. They gave some c*** excuse about a broken tree from a storm, which (a) was dealt with a couple of years ago and (b) applied to one tree, not the 8 or so that they cut.They also did a sloppy job of cutting, leaving the ***** heights very irregular, from a few inches up to about 3', and leaving a few stumps jagged and broken off. They left debris behind on our property, including branches and at least one large cut trunk section.Worse still, they left almost all of a cut tree still suspended in the canopy, a serious accident waiting to happen as this will eventually fall and could hurt or kill someone or do property damage as it's close enough to the house to hit it.On top of all this, the employees were super rude when confronted about being on our property. First they pretended not to be able to hear, then they pretended not to understand English (seriously guys, we could hear you talking before and after).
