    I booked a room through their website. On their site, it says that from ""November 1 - April 30: Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax". I called the morning of 2/21/23 to cancel a reservation for 2/22/23. Due to difficult traveling conditions due to weather, my husband and I could not make the trip from ******* to Mass. We planned to visit his elderly parents at ************ in *******. When I called to reschedule, they told me I had actually booked at a rate that meant I had to cancel three days in advance. I booked through them and not a third party. While my reservation does indicate the 72 hours cancellation, I think it is not good business practice to have one type of cancellation policy posted on your site but others while you are booking. I won't stay there again, and now, they have my money for a room I can't stay in due to inclement weather. They should list all of the policies on the site in one accessible area.
