      On July 23, 2022, I sought services from ********************* of A&D *********************************************** for bathroom sink leak. Assessment: cut old copper piping & replumb, new supply lines, replace & install new facet, put new ball valve shutoff under my mobile home. Agreed with repair despite voicing the high price as prices have escalated. $675 Paid him in full and when he left I noted there was yellow staining around the entire newly installed facet (which is permanent), and he never attached the sink stopper mechanism. I called him and told him....he never came to finish the work and he said that staining is irreversible and due to the old piping....which is poor plumbing services And now I'm stuck with it according to him. I am seeking some reimbursement from this terrible service. I now have to live with this yellow ugly staining, and still have to pay someone to connect the sink stopper mechanism...what the heck!!!. My Formica top was in really good condition....when I cleaned it....it shined! All the rest of the job is done and functioning with a 30 day warranty.....very worrisome!

      This complaint is unwarranted.  The customer purchased the new faucet and it was smaller than the orginal, so now the discolored area under the old faucet shows.  This would not have been an issue if the same size faucet was purchased.  As for the pop-up assembly she was advised that one of the supply lines must be hitting the assembly, an easy fix since she said numerous times that her boyfriend did plumbing for a living but he didn't have the time to handle this job.  But I did offer to come back to adjust the supply line but its been a extra busy week and this customers seems to be very impatient.  I made three trips out to ****** for this repair since the plumbing under the trailer had to be resized.  I am sorry this customer was not satisfied.

      I need to seek an alternate certified plumber to complete the unfinished connection of the pop-up assembly which I believe will cost me around $150-$200 to have someone come to my home. I want A&D Sewer & Drain to reimburse for the cost of this. Thanks

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Case#********.  Continuation of complaint. I noticed since approximately 8/1/22 that there is leakage of water puddling on the floor from underneath the bathroom sink from the plumbing job done by A&D Sewer & Drain. I called *********************************** & Heating, *****************************************************, ************ for service costing me $125. I was told by them that it could have caused major water destruction if I had not called them. I am awaiting their synopsis but until then I am sending this further information adding to my complaint and still seeking reimbursement of $225 from A&D Sewer& Drain for these charges incurred and the stress associated with it.  Pictures attached. Please advise. Thanks

      In response to this issue, there was no leaks when I left her property.  She called that the pop-up was not working and I informed her I would return and check it.  As I said I didn't get right back the same day because of emergency service calls.  The customer never called to express her anxiety about the issue, instead she chose to make a complaint.  Now the customer is not mentioning the pop-up problem  and is saying there is a leak.  Maybe the customer or her boyfriend tried to fix the pop-up and loosened the supply line which caused a leak.   I have no way of knowing what and if there was an issue but I know there were no leaks when I finished the job.  Why would you call another company, chose to not reach out and explain the problem when we had already made numerous trips to take care of her issue.  We do our best to have happy and satisfied customers, word of mouth is the best advertising a company can have.  Sincerely,  A&D Sewer and Drain

      I am rejecting this response because:I hired ********************* for plumbing services and he collected $675 and upon him leaving, I noted the pop-up assembly was not connected.  I called him (he said he would returnnever mentioned his busy week either, and he never called me back nor returned to complete the job).  This back and forth that he is speaking of was during the job at hand only.  On August 4, 2022, I hired *********************************** *******, **, because I was experiencing water puddling on the floor and water leaking under the bathroom sink, and (really would not have wanted ********************* at this point either).  Incomplete work and now leaking water.  *********************************** found several leaks (see their billing statement). *********************************** repaired the pop-up assembly and repaired the several leaks they found and that is the reason I didnt re-mention it.  There have been so many non-progressive to resolution-communications with ********************* and now with accusations of sabotage on my part (my boyfriend has no bearing here nor have either of us touched anything relating to the plumbing job or mistakes left by ******************.  I am still and will continue to seek $225 for my inconveniences and costs (more than fair as he DID also cause irreversible damage to my formica top).
