      I hired Vanguard Moving to move my belongings from ******, ********, to *********, ******, between April 2022 to May 2022. They connected me with a local moving company in ****** that's business operates out of *********, *****, called ****** Brothers LLC.Vanguard Moving Servies acts as the responsible broker that additionally provides customer ************************************, ****** Brother lost a large portion of my belongings when they were delivered to my home in *********. They also required me to sign their delivery forms and pay them before they would unload the truck. I immediately informed them when they arrived and attempted to follow up with them multiple times via phone and email. They have ignored my requests and have not delivered my items nor contacted me in any way, despite previously contacting me regularly before the delivery.Because Vanguard Moving Services is my movers' broker and customer ********************** representative, I have contacted them many times. They responded initially in June by requesting that we give ****** Brothers more time to respond. When I followed up with them again, they stopped responding.I need help simply finding out what has happened to my items, many of which are expensive and include boxes of purses, tools, an entire desk, cube storage, and an ottoman. For others seeking to hire Vanguard Moving Services, I advise against it. They do not broker with professional moving companies or effectively follow up when companies lose your items.

      You have contacted the wrong Vanguard Moving Services.  We are an independent company located in Cape Cod *************.  We are not affiliated with the Vanguard Moving broker in ********** **.  We get mistaken for them all the time and are in the process of trying to get them shut down for poor business practices as we have a long list of people who have had problems with them.  We do not do moves out in the Western part of the Country, we are based in **** and only service the east coast, mostly ***********.  I am sorry you are having this trouble finding you things.
