    I ordered food from the local ******************** The total was $36.37. The order was marked as delivered but was not delivered to my home. My apartment number is in the delivery address and you must be buzzed into the building so the driver could NOT leave it at the door without me knowing it was delivered. I called the store to find out why it was marked delivered and the person who answered said it had been delivered, I had not put in an apartment number, and that was all he would do. He refused to give his name and hung up on me after claiming he would TRY to call the driver to find out what happened. I called back, the same person answered the phone, mumbled the store managers 1st name only, refused to give the phone to her, refused to give me the corporate contact number, rudely told me to ******** it because he wasn't giving it to me, told me that was all he was doing to help me, and hung up on me again. At this point, I believe the order should be refunded because it was not delivered.

    I have ordered a pizza on Feb 19, and upon arrival home , the pizza was not the correct pizza and I callled and notified them, and today when I called to get replacement pizza , *********** was very rude and disrespectful on the phone and he actually was laughing on the phone. I left my house to talk to his rude attitude towards a customer and he was still rude and I asked for his Manager name to talk to him. His response was Good luck. This kind of service is not acceptable and this person should never serve anyone anymore with this attitude. After all this I will never go to Dominos ever again and I would like to be fully refunded for my wrong order.

    Last evening I placed an order at Dominoes in Hyannis Receipt and ONE item attached. They rang up my order for $5.99 with an over $16 .93 in taxes and tip. I NEED DOMINOES PIZZA to return my money. As you can see I DID NOT eat the food that was brought to me Please help me retrieve my money from Dominoes Pizza in Hyannis. I live in an elderly facility and I do believe they took advantage of me, and my credit card. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to give dominoes pizza $22.92 of my social security check. They even offered 50% off, thats the only reason I ordered, but as you can see I was even too upset to eat.Regards *********************

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have heard nothing from the business that took my money
