    My name is ****, I would like to state I am a 19 year old student building a mini-bike as a hobby. I contacted **** on April 23, 2023 about my dream engine build and what he suggested and then agreed upon totaled $1,334.48. He stated there was custom work to be performed so it would take some time. I didn't hear anything for almost 3 months so I tried contacting him in late July. He finally contacted me in mid August and stated he would send the parts but give him 2 more weeks. Again I didn't hear anything for almost 4 weeks. I tried contacting him again now mid to late September. I have not had any response or communication from **** through emails and texts as of today November 1, 2023. I have saved almost a year working part time to pay for my dream mini-bike engine. I'm devastated to say the least BBB please help! Thanks ****

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Dear BBB, I tried today 11/12/23 to get in touch with ****'s Karts after being blocked. He responded stating he sent the parts back sometime in September. When I asked for a tracking # he stated he doesn't have one.

    I order a complete crate motor from Pauls Karts website and have not received my product. I sent in a carburetor that was supposed to be used in the build that he still has. He will not return texts or calls at all or refund money or my parts.

    I purchased a custom cylinder head from Pauls's karts **** store on October 26th, 2022 order number ************** for $447.10. The cylinder head was supposed to be delivered approximately 4 weeks from purchase. The item did not arrive. It has been approximately 3 months with zero contact from Pauls's karts. I have tried contacting ****'s karts through the **** store and also through his web site multiple times with no answer from Pauls's karts.

    On 08-10-2022, I ordered a custom cylinder head from Pauls karts website. I was told that the build time is a minimum of 4 weeks. Ive emailed, called the owner with no response because Ive heard nothing in the past 4 months. I would like for the business to communicate with me, and let me know whats going on with my money. The cylinder head cost $564.99. At this point I feel like they just took my money.
