    They were to just replace bricks on our Chimney and it ended up being a full replacement. They showed us pictures and it was pretty bad. We were told that we would receive a detailed invoice, report and the pictures for us to give to our insurance company, we have received nothing. I have been given several different reason why we have not received this and now they are not responding.This depleated our retirement fund and the insurance company needs this information to file a claim.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They did respond and were angry, however, no resolution.  I still have not received a detailed invoice, report for the insurance company or the pictures.

    I paid this company $7,000 (over two times the amount originally quoted) and they didn't honor the agreement by finishing the clean up (which was extensive) as well as leaving a couple of small things not done to my satisfaction. Our original agreement was that the payment would be made after "satisfactory completion of the job". I made the payment based on the assurance from the owner, ***, that the job would be completed that day and it wasn't. Afterward *** made multiple promises to do the clean up and fix the problems but other than collecting a couple of bags of trash, they never completed the work. After several texts over the course of a couple of weeks expressing my disatisfaction I was promised a $500 refund by *** (his offer) in exchange for me handling the clean up and accepting the small incompleted parts of the job. As mentioned, the clean up was extensive and there are stained portions of my brick walkway and driveway from the job. I made every effort to collect the money and gave them weeks to get me a check but in spite of multiple promises by the owner, they have not done so and have stopped answering my texts. They obviously have no itention to pay the promised refund.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.   I have also filed a complaint with the MA ************************* of ******** Affairs.  This business owes me $500 for work they didn't complete based on a promise by the owner.
