    This property management company is extremely dismissive of tenants complaints. I have family and clients (Im a Case Manager) residing at one of their properties, who have battled *****, mice, and bed bug infestation for over a year and the property management has been extremely cavalier about it. There's no sense of urgency - its criminal and disgusting. If you try to call their office, they never answer and their voicemail box is always full. We try communicating with one of their representatives, ********, who is also dismissive. The conditions of their buildings are abhorrent and they've done little to rectify the situation, and yet they still raise the rent. They need to be held accountable, but unfortunately it's hard to do that on an individual level. It's mainly people who do not speak English as a first language living in their properties which makes it difficult to advocate for themselves. This is also something that they take advantage of, no doubt, and it's horrible. Again, it's way past due that APM be held accountable for their negligence.

    Thank you for reaching out, please note this unit has been scheduled for pest control 3 times by our offices after we had a K9 inspect the entire building due to 1 tenant reporting bedbugs, Please note this unit was not prepped for the first treatment and we had to schedule a second, which we informed a member of the unit was not performed due to the contractor issues, but was rescheduled for today Monday, August 28th. 

    Note that every time we sent pest control to this unit it is because the office has scheduled a treatment since the resident rarely contacts us to report. 

    If you are having issues in the unit, please place a work order so that we can address them.
