    Lee and his team were amazing on our kitchen remodel. Their concepts and execution were perfect. A complete remodel in under 3 weeks and on budget. They were efficient, clean and respectful of our property. I highly recommend Lee and his crew for your next home project.

    I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company My wifes vision was to have a more open kitchen we came in as consult and explained to us everything that would need to be done as well as options as to how we would accomplish the project. *** and his crewwere polite, engaging in most of all extremely clean every day our kitchen was cleaned of dust and debris, allowing us to cook meals during the project I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a stunning conversion of your current home

    My husband and I just got our 1st home and wanted to do a full basement remodeling. We didn't know how to go about it and honestly had no vision for the basement aside from "we just want it to look nicer, be pleasant to be in, and maybe have a pantry". After reading the reviews on many different contractors, I decided to go with LD's, and 5 min into our 1st consultation, was presented with a few different ideas that sounded better than anything I could have imagined. I got a quote, was told the construction would take 3 to 4 weeks (it ended up taking 4 weeks and 1 day which I was very happy with), and scheduled the whole thing. As things were moving forward, I was always informed of what the crew is working on, what possible add-ons would be recommended, on what could I save some money, and what's the best way to take care of things. The only thing I had to worry about was choosing the flooring (which I received a website info for) and purchasing the paint. My basement looks absolutely fantastic, I've learnt quite a few new things, and found a crew I know I can trust and would hire in a heartbeat if I need any other construction work done around the house. LD's also took care of my poor flowers I had by the front door entrance, and taught me how to take care of them properly. It was my 1st time I had flowers stay alive for more than 2 weeks (they are still doing well), which made this experience for me even more valuable.

    Lee was recommended through a trusted contractor while seeking suggestions for a basement remodel. The feedback was, I've never met Lee, but I've seen his work, and its impressive. After arriving for the initial consult, I gave Lee a general idea of what I wanted to do, as I had for the other contractors who had bid on the job. Within a minute or two, he had the whole vision mapped out and described his recommendations, which were dead-on. I booked shortly after that and got in line for his next opening (~6 months or so). He and his team showed up promptly on the first day and continued straight through the end of the project. They were all absolute pros who went above and beyond to provide an incredible outcome exactly as Lee had initially envisioned and right on budget. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Lee always ensured I knew what was coming and what decisions were needed. It's very hard to find contractors who operate like Lee...Ill be getting back in line soon for a bathroom remodel! Highly recommend.

    Exceptional experience! We are so very happy with our new kitchen from top to bottom. Lee advised us on the remodel, answered our questions and gave us his professional advice. The guys were here every morning ready to work, and the job was done in just under 3 weeks. If you're looking into doing any home improvements and want it done at a fair price in a timely manner, LD's is an excellent choice!

    Lee and his crew did an excellent job of completely renovating and updating my parent's kitchen which hadn't been touched since the house was built in the 80s. Lee helped us design the kitchen to our needs so that it was more open with much more cabinet space-- we have so much space now that we're still trying to fill it up! He also gave us recommendations for where we could look for flooring and counter materials (we went for granite), and even helped us to obtain multiple samples and gave us advice on how to match everything. His crew was professional and friendly and were at our house practically every day to work on some aspect of the kitchen. They also went the extra mile in may aspects, especially in making sure our new range hood would be able to vent outside even after multiple obstacles, and for that we are so very grateful! I would definitely recommend LD Unlimited to anyone!

    Lee & his team just completed a total bathroom remodel. Professional, punctual and detail oriented the work was beautiful. A shower upgraded in size (34 square to 38 by 72!) and functionality with gorgeous wall & floor ceramic tile. The entire bathroom floor was tiled. Also electrical upgrade with recessed lighting, heater installed and LED mirror. Lee was instrumental in guiding us through our design choices with cost & time in mind. The whole team was quiet and efficient and did an excellent job.

    Lee and his team are amazing! From the initial consultation to the completed project! Lee has great taste and vision for what you are truly looking for. We all want what we want but unless you are building a home from scratch, renovations can be tricky and mostly what we are all looking for is beauty and functionality all rolled into one. My expectation of this project was great but the end result was way better than I ever imagined. Amazing!! I can't believe this is my house! Lee is very knowledgeable and gives his advice from experience. He prides himself on making the customer happy! I went from old to new and I am enjoying every step of the journey. Who ever says that about a full kitchen remodel? No one that I know. Lee and his team are polite, kind and efficient. They show up when expected and work straight through the day. If you are looking for a great contractor with a great team, call Lee! I have a few more projects for him to do and I am confident that every one will be better than I ever imagined! It was hard to find a great contractor and I am so glad I called LD's Unlimited Home Improvement!
