We were very happy with the service & repair work done, the customer service was excellent, they were timely and responsive, the guys that did the repairs were prompt and did a great job repointing our chimney, installing a new basement window and doing some repairs in our foundation. I'd definitely call them again!

We hired All American Masonry to repoint our two chimneys and have new tops put on. From the initial call to them , the office woman listened to what we needed. She scheduled the initial site visit for inspection and scope of repair. With in a day this was done. Work was scheduled for 4/16 Start. We received a call with a question if they could start the repair earlier than scheduled. We said OK the crew arrived Monday and started the work. They worked very safe during their scope of work. They cleaned up the roof and their work area daily before they finished for the day. Crew was very friendly and worked together to finish the job. Their billing process and invoicing for what was completed for the repair was done properly. We would highly recommend these guys.All American Masonry and Sweeps, Inc.

Adam inspected our chimney and it was determined that we needed a thorough chimney cleaning and repairs to the firebox in our wood burning fireplace. The work was done by Will and Mike. They were knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They answered any questions and explained the procedure. The work was finished in timely manner, and they cleaned up thoroughly before they left. An additional plus was that the firebox job required less work than was anticipated, and Adam adjusted the cost accordingly. All in all, we were very pleased and highly recommend All American!All American Masonry and Sweeps, Inc.

We have had All American Masonry and Sweeps, Inc. clean our chimney and repoint our chimney over the years. They always show up when they say they will, do an excellent job and their price quotes are always spot on. Last week we had additional work done - adding a chimney cap. It is perfect. The day they did the work it had snowed. They had hosed down the mortar. But, when the snow melted there was mortar splattered over the river rocks at the base of chimney. I sent pics to them. Asked if anything could be done. They came the next day. they discarded the small stone ( per my request), replaced with new river rock. I said that I would keep the large stone and try to clean off at a later date. But, he cleaned them off, beautifully. And wouldn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Which I certainly was and am. Can't say enough about this company. The workers are all professional, skilled and extremely nice.**** *********** ***********, **.All American Masonry and Sweeps, Inc.

It has been a very long time since we had any work done on our chimneys and we had water damage on our ceiling. All American Masonry was recommended so I called and left a message. The response was quick and an appointment to have 2 chimneys cleaned and inspected was scheduled in a timely manner. I was given an estimate for the chimney cleanings.--The fireplace chimney had not been used in over 25 years and had never been cleaned! Adam arrived on-time and the cleanings were done very thoroughly, explaining the findings and the process. One would never know that cleaning had taken place. The fireplaces are now useable. We need further work to be done on one chimney and were provided with an explanation and estimate. The cost is beyond fair and work is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.All American Masonry and Sweeps, Inc.

For some time, I noticed that I needed some work on my chimney. So I called All American Masonry to get an estimate . They came and did an inspection. The young man was very clear on what needed to be done. I needed a tear down to the roof and a rebuild. The work was very well done and I am very well pleased. Our chimney was blocked and the exhaust seal broken. We shut down the boiler for CO safety. All American sent a young man early the following morning as promised. I was present for all the work and the young man explained everything he did and why, step by step. He took numerous pictures to show me the inside of the chimney from both the bottom and the top. He told me what was needed and why and did each step carefully leaving me with a fully cleared and functional chimney, allowing the boiler to be restarted safely. He finished by cleaning everything up and taking all the mess with him.
My take away from this experience is that I was tremendously grateful not only for a job well done, but mostly for the explanation of each step so that I would understand everything. The experience for me was fully positive.All American Masonry and Sweeps, Inc.
