    I bought a stove from the new appliance store less than a week later it stopped working. I contacted the owner. He said someone would be there to fix it on Monday. I went the weekend without a stove when contacted again he said he would fix my stove and now has ignored me. It has been almost a week that I have had no stove and I have children, I need that money back so I can buy stove

    I purchased a used washer and dryer. The dryer never worked the washer worked for a week contacted owner. He said he would send repairman no one ever showed owner will not take calls texts to say call him on such and such day for repairs and nothing continues to happen

    Me and my husband bought a washer from this business last Saturday, September 28th. We paid for it and he gave us a receipt then told us he would deliver it between 4 and 6 pm October 4th. He never showed up. We tried to contact him by phone, but it bounced to voice-mail. So now we are out of $255.

    I purchased a range in cash on 6/28/24. When they delivered the range, he sent me a text saying I had a full 30 day warranty and a one year labor warranty. I attempted to use it for the first time on 7/1/24 and it didnt heat up and showed an error code. I contacted them immediately. They were not getting back to me for several days despite attempting to contact them repeatedly via phone, text, and ********* Finally after I said I was concerned this was a scam, and he messaged me back on ******** that he was on vacation until 7/10/24. I said ok and then reached back out on 7/10/24. He said he could come fix my range on that Saturday between 11 and 1. He never came. I have called and messaged him repeatedly since then and I can see on ******** that he sees my messages and is ignoring me. I have now been without a stove for over two weeks and I still can see he is actively ignoring my messages. I want him to repair or replace the range like he said he would and stop scamming people by selling broken appliances with warranties he has no intention of honoring. Its clear that he is just doing this over and over again.

    I bought a used stove and the oven never worked. The owner sent a repair worker to fix it and the repair worker said he had to order a part to make the oven work. After that they blocked my calls and also ignored calls from the agency that is helping me with this issue

    Purchased used washer on 11/10/23, washer is malfunctioning as of 11/17/23. Owner gave 30 day warranty. Called business on 11/17. Received call back said a replacement would be brought on 11/18 between 12 pm and 3 pm. Never arrived or returned a phone call or text. Received text on 11/19 said replacement was in truck and on its way. I replied I'd be home in 20 minutes. Never replied back. Then texted that we were home no reply back. Called about 2.5 hours later whomever on the phone said they were on lunch and would leave in 20 minutes. No one ever arrived.

    ******** ****! Do not buy anything from them!Purchased stackable washer/dryer for $632.00.They guaranteed the appliances would work 100.After many backs & forths Gordo ******* ghosted me. He runs the clock out on credit cards-using every excuse. Thankfully, I contacted my credit card company; having 2 days left. Had a ******* dealer come and look at the set of washer/dryer. There are 2 major problems with the dryer- electronic system purposely Jury Rigged. Repair Person commented it's "A Miracle You Didn't Have A Fire"! Washer needs an entire new pump (even though Gordo said he had replaced it). Repair bill is close to a $1,000. I'm so glad I used a credit card.

    In addition to monies lost, we paid $200.00 yesterday to have a certified ******* repair person come look at both machines.  The dryer was rigged to work and we were told we were lucky we didn't have a fire.  It needs a new dryer heating element and heater duct assembly.

    The washing machine needs a new drain pump.  (supposedly it was replaced with a new one by IO Appliances)  Repair person yesterday said it was old and never replaced.

    In addition to bring both units to proper working condition, it will cost $600 for the dryer alone and $600 for the washing machine, plus labor $500.00.  Totaling $1,700.

    Our out of pocket to date is $1,145.50.  If you add on the $1,700 it would cost to repair both machines correctly it would be $2,845.50.  All for a washer and dryer that was guaranteed to work in perfect condition.  Not only did IO Appliances Store rob us of our money, they failed to honor their 60 day warranty and their 1 year of labor, free service.

    The washer I purchased was making a lot of noise the minute they started it . I called him right away. He didn’t even answer the phone call. The washer began to flood my basement. He still didn’t answer my phone calls. I took a video to show him what was happening. He said I could get store credit but I don’t need anything from him. All the other washers are too small. I just want my 300.00 back

    I bought a washer from this company they gave us a year warranty if it needs to be fixed it started to leak 4 months later I contacted them by calling the number from the website he answered said he could fix it the day I called told me to text the number my address I then texted him it and asked about what time in the day he would be coming he then he told me hes not coming because ******* was too FAR I then asked what day he can do it he continued to ignore me I had to keep contacting him he then told me to drop it off he will fix it ! I dropped it off on a Saturday i then had to keep texting him again after it was 2 weeks he had my washer he said he would drop one off tomorrow he has then ignored me and blocked my number since !!!! Leaving me out of the money I paid for the washer and my washer. I have tried contacting him from a different number never a response
