    Hello, my name is ***************************. After losing our father to ***** and inheriting his house at *******************************************************************. My siblings and I hired *************************** of Gardener Construction to paint and repair the exterior of our house. He began working on the house around February 11, 2022, to July 2022. The business arrangement started off smoothly where ******************** was showing up regularly and making progress on the exterior. We started noticing the repairs of our front porch and other parts of the house were being done poorly and incorrectly. We nicely voiced our concerns with ********************. He became defensive during the conversation but ultimately said he would make things right. After that conversation he began showing up less and by July 2022 stopped showing up all together. He informed me over text he got injured at his home and would be out of work for few weeks. Then began the constant runaround and avoiding our phone calls for the next 7 months until we reported him to the attorney general's office. That is when he briefly began returning phone calls and promising to have the job finished by the end of summer 2023. Which he has not been here at all this summer or in contact with us. We are asking for your help because we feel he took advantage of us being first time homeowners. Taking too much money and the job was not done right or completed. Attached below are pictures of the work he has done wrong and not completed. Along with proof of payments over the course of the months he worked.
