    I Played Holden hills cc on Friday July 14th. Unfortunately the round was cut short because of severe thunderstorms. Their rude, arrogant flippant manager had zero empathy and refused any sort of rain check or reimbursement.

    In response to complaint #******** - the customer requested a full refund after playing 11 holes out of 18, while leaving the course due to inclement weather.  This request was denied due to our rain check policy (i.e. customer will only  receive a full refund of their greens fee if they have played 6 holes or less due to inclement weather).  Although the customer used choice language in his disagreement to our policy, we chose to respond in a professional way due to our courtesy, and go above and beyond to accommodate the customer.  We offered to refund his back-9 greens fee.  The customer declined and again used choice language under his breath directed towards us before he got in his vehicle and left the property.  Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, and we appreciate your attention to this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I called and ask to speak to the owner Roger K on the Friday I to discuss my experience at his golf course. I was told I would get a call back on Monday. That never happened. Apparently Mr. K told someone in the group that I play with that I am "banned". I've yet to hear from Mr. K and it is apparent he has no intent of making this right or even hearing my side of the story. I will not just go away (like he probably expects me too) and will keep fighting this by any and all means possible.  I  intend to use my local and national pr contacts so all past, present and future customers of Mr. K knows what to expect when they go into business with him. No customer should be ignored and treated the way I have. And I will do everything in my power to get the word out.

    This comes as no surprise as he/they had no intention of making this right from the very beginning.  I really think bbb should investigate all of Roger K's business as I am not the only customer he has left high and dry. I won't stop until this fraud is exposed.
