      I accidentally signed up for an online bootcamp worth $1845.00. I didn't realize the date had been in the past - the year 2022. I realized this when I got the confirmation. I immediately called and left a message on July 18th 2023, the same day as the transaction.I've not received any call back the charge is still on my company credit card. There are no future trainings available, and the seller is non-responsive. I need them to immediately reverse the charges right away. That is the only way this can be resolved.

      I received a letter in June to pay them to the attached company.

       

      There was an attendee who signed up for the class and tried to cancel the day before and get a refund.  ***************** then sent me a payment through ******, so I understood it to be a decision that they were refunding her money. So I sent the funds. Then ****** contacted me by letter and informed me to make a payment, so this was my second payment. So I made the payment in June, you can see the amount attached. It seemed to not include their fee so it was slightly less. So I made the payment on June 26th per ******'s instructions, so the respondent needs to go back to ****** and get the refund from them.

      My husband passed away and Michael M left the company in February 2023. I am doing small consulting deals with my existing clients but am not teaching the class because ***************** refuses to update their materials. I am happy to tutor the person privately in several sessions.

      - Date of the transaction: November 12, 2021 - The amount of money I paid the business: $1,845.00 USD - What the business committed to provide you: CUSECO Training and Exam on April *****, 2022 - What the nature of the dispute is: I asked to be removed from the training due to I couldn't attend any longer. Then they agreed to put me on the next scheduled training in October 2022. But then the hurricane *** happened and the area that I live in were flooded really bad. And I asked to be removed from October training and asked them to refund me the money for the training cause I was no longer interested to take the training. The owner ********************************* is ignoring my emails and refuse to give my money back. She has taken $1845.00 USD from me and I didn't attend to this training. She needs to refund my money back. - Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem - No, ******************************* is not trying to resolve this problem. Instead she is ignoring my emails. And not refunding my money back. - Invoice ID **** - this was the invoice number given at the time they took $1845.00 USD payment by PayPal

      We teach certification classes for Export Compliance Officer.  ***********; signed up for our class in April and did not attend.She received the materials for the class. She said she would be traveling and would attend the next class that was held October 19th 2022. The day before the second rescheduled class, she emailed us to cancel a second time. She informed us that she had internet problems. 

      As it was the day before the class and that she already, once again, received the materials for the class, I asked for proof from her provided that the internet was not working. She responded later that she had connection and that she was stressed out and did not want to attend. Due to the reason, rescheduling from a previous class and the day before cancellation after she had received the study material and curriculum, we do not feel a refund is acceptable due to the effort we had already providing for the service.

      I am rejecting this response because: The statement of "not having internet" was never made from my end. I couldn't attend the test because it was right after the Hurricane *** and I was dealing with aftermath of the hurricane. And I asked them not to register me for the test but they did it anyway. Just because I received the materials doesn't mean that I fully received the training. As of today, I am no longer interested taking training from this company. They need to refund me the amount I have paid or they need to come to an agreement in partial refund. That would be a fair deal.

      We can offer an hour of consulting at a mutually convenient time if she wants to review the materials and ask questions.

      The exam company will not give a refund. The attendee is still eigible to take the exam. The instructor was located and ******* and a few attendees were also in *******. This is a preperatory course and she can review the materials, sample questions and take the exam at her convenience, monitored at place of work.

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ didnt disclose any refund policy on their website neither disclosed at the time of payment. I am not interested to take this test nor any consulting from this company. I am requesting refund as I have not taken this course provided by this company. If this is not handled properly then I will be pursuing legal action against this company.
