I brought my car, which I purchased at Bouchards, in for a routine oil and transmission fluid change. All the fluids leaked out onto my parking spot. I brought the car back, they replenished the fluids and cleaned under the car. I told them about the mess left in my parking spot (I live in a condo so there is a Board of Trustees). Bouchards sent someone that day and he spread dirt over the oily mess. I then had a black mess of sand. I called Bouchards again. A guy came and spread more sand. I then had a bigger pile of black, oily dirt. I have called them repeatedly. They promise to have someone call me, they never call back. I posted pictures on their ******** page along with my complaint. The posting disappears. We have purchased FIVE new cars from Bouchards. Never again.

We are sorry for this inconvenience that it has caused over the past few weeks. I know our service manager has been out to inspect the area where the spill occurred and agreed to reseal the drive where the leak has taken place.

Extremely unhappy with how people are treating people at this dealership. I have a 2018 Kia Sedona that I have been having issues with since around 70k. It has been brought back 3 times now for this issue over months and months. We just wanted it to be able to pass inspection. All work performed on this vehicle has either been by myself at the dealerships/service manuals recommendations or this dealership. If Ron Bouchard can justify on paper that they are doing the right thing, that is what they will do, at your expense! My service records do not even match the services requested for the issue at hand. Bottom line: 2018 Kia cannot pass inspection , dealership does not want to fix, so they just justify on paper why it is the owners fault. I now still owe the bank on a car I cannot drive, the technicians have done more damage than good, now my engine leaks oil from being torn apart at dealership. Ron Bouchard will give me $1500 for it though, knowing damn well I owe 4x that to the bank. Thank you Ron Bouchard Kia of Lancaster, Ma.

I understand the frustration with the Sedona. The dealership is here to take a look at vehicles in this situation and pass along all information to Kia corporate in order to make a decision on if they will cover repairs such as this. Ultimately it is Kias decision to cover any items like this motor. In order for the coverage to occur there are certain items that the dealer needs to inspect and process for the coverage to occur. Once Kia sees that there is sludge in the motor they ask for specific oil change records that must be provided in order for them to cover the motor. Unfortunately the proper documentation that is required by Kia was not present at the time. In terms of the trade number I would be happy to personally look at the value again and revaluate for the customer if that is something that would interest him. Also, if the customer would like to provide photos of the oil that is leaking onto the driveway I would be more than happy to send our maintenance team there to ensure that it is cleaned properly.

If you would like to be treated like absolute c*** then go to RON BOUCHARDS. Bought a used vehicle and the day I drove off the lot I had a slight crack in the windshield. Upon noticing this I alerted the sales person and he told me it would be fixed to tell the lady when I come to get the car inspected. Long story short she quickly and rudely told me they would NOT cover this at all and that it could have been from me. Months after this I brought my car in (after paying for the extended warranty $2400) for multiple lights on dash and rattling noises. I was charged $172.00 for a diagnostic fee and they did not cover anything because I was told the clockspring was not under warranty, after that same day the sales manager at the Honda side guaranteed I would not pay for diagnostics as my warranty stated $0 deductible . Later that day I was told the fee was assessed because they put a zip tie on my bumper and the clockspring was not covered. Come tp find out the vw dealer I went to said that part was on recall and should have been fixed for no charge (which that dealership did vw of *********** **) I tried even reaching out to the GM who defended his employees without even looking into it first and gave me attitude. I was told he would reach back out to me about atleast reimbursing the diagnostic fee and never heard from him again. On top of that I was told the car needed brakes and rotors which I found to be false as I pulled the wheels myself and pads had tons of life left and rotors were not gone, AND I found the rattling noise they failed to find which was a missing brake clip. Did I forget to mention they wanted $900 for the clockspring which should have been fixed for free if they did a simple check with the VIN. Complete scam dealership who will sell you a car then kick you in the a** on the way out . Completely unprofessional and horrible service , to boot I was one of the construction workers who originally helped build these dealerships !

I leased my first car with  Ron Bouchard Kia When I went to sign paperwork it was pointed out that windshield had crack. I was told it would be fixed immediately. The salesman Brian even pretended to call windshield person to see when ready. They kept insisting I get my insurance asap so I could pick up car by end of weekend. This was a Thursday at 5:00 pm. 8 days later and many phone calls I finally picked up my car. I had to pay one month up front. I asked Brian twice about compensation for not being able to drive a car I already paid for . He kept telling me he would talk to his manager. Manager was not in when I picked up car. I wrote a letter to corp office and they never responded. I filled out survey and only response I got was how did you like how we responded to your survey. They have not acknowledged me at all.
