    If I could leave a ZERO star I would. This person I knew for 6 years. Waited for almost a year to do a large project following his lead . Big Mistake. My first large project I wanted to go with someone I trusted (yeah OK). Not only was I wrong But I ended up finding out that he lied about his standing with his license. Although in business for a while NOT A GC until August of 2023 which meant that all my effort and waiting went down the drain once the Bank looked him up after stalling for months. I believed him when he said it was the agency that was delaying getting his RENEWASL there was NO renewal he JUST received the license. This means that all the work he submitted previous to August was not accepted by the bank , so here I am 1 year later finding out all the bs he served me that I have to start from scratch. The money I gave him to start zoning and towards permits and design now he does not want to return. He gave me a 3 page basic floor plan that he had an architecht seal and wants to call it an architectual plan. I finally went myself and found out all the ** with a reputable architecht and these plans were worth no more than 3 k if that. Now Mr. ********************** and I use the wrong Mr. ******* doesn't deserve the respect wont refund me the balance instead says that the "drawing " are wroth the almost 9k that he should return me. Mind you he has no contract with me but has my money and refuses to contact me to return. Don't worry every lie comes to light and to a review!! RUN!!!! he's also done this to other people in *********************., don't trust even those people you call family !! Thank for the ******* In the end he will pay.
