      I hope people read this review for Servpro of Lawrence. I would hire Servpro to do the immediate water/mold remediation and then hire your own General Contractor for the reconstruction. The reconstruction crew for Servpro is something new to them and I found out the hard way that they are extremely unorganized and they lack communication skills throughout the project, all the way to the end! The immediate response from Servpro was great. ***** and his crew did a great job bringing in the fans and getting the process going. The MAJOR issue with Servpro was their RECONSTRUCTION TEAM. From making broken promises, lack of communication, delays( excuse after excuse, we were promised we could move back into our house but we had to extend our housing rental an additional 3 months), not showing up on Mondays and Fridays, and increasing the total invoice price after we already made 2 payments. The reconstruction crew did shoddy workmanship, they tried charging for work either not complete or wasnt done at all, and were very unprofessional when I wanted to discuss the inflated invoice they wanted me to pay eventho the owner of Servpro recognized they didnt perform certain work and was willing to split the cost they charged, eventho the work was never performed. Servpro used to be a reputable company but not anymore. I will NEVER recommend Servpro for Reconstruction, they need to stick with what works for them: Remediation
