      Total scam. Sent me the wrong product but you cant contact them. When you call you are always disconnected. Every email you send bounces back. You get a bs email if you use the feedback button but you cant respond to the email. Then they say to return the item and theyll charge a 25% restocking fee. Why would I pay to restock an incorrect item. No wonder they arent BBB approved.

      We ordered an item on 9/9/24 Order # ****** for a GLA 339 a fireplace Glassdoor.They said will be shipped within 3-4 days.Until now we have not received anything. We need it for upcoming inspection for our home.We have been calling them and emailing them. Nobody picked up the calls nor return our voicemails.Nobody responded to our emails either.They said we can track the order, but it says has not been fulfilled.If you cant be honest about selling items and just want to take peoples money, you shouldnt be in business! Thats wrong!! Please ship our item ASAP!!!!!

      Ordered item that would not arrive in time, canceled order within an hour of ordering. Item was still sent. You can not return items. If you call you are prompted to go to their website/returns which leads to an error page. Used Chat bot on website being told someone would reach out, over 24 hours, they have not. Called back and tried other selections that never led to speaking to someone nor getting a follow up.

      I ordered an Ecobee sensor from this site due to the fact that they advertised an older model, which I was specifically shopping for. I received the newer model. I emailed them and they stated they would look into it. Weeks go by without a word. After sending multiple emails they reply and basically tell me too bad so sad. They weren't rude about it, but that was the jist.I won't be shopping there again.
