      On 5/23/23 my contractor and I met at Jackson lumber, where he had an account. The initial reception by *************************** was warm and friendly. He offered us tea, and appeared to be very accommodating of our lumber needs. After some material recommendation from him, my contractor placed the order. All seemed fine at the time. The total was $6,437.73, and a delivery date was scheduled. The cedar that was delivered was less than what I was charged for, it was of poor quality, and needed to be returned. On the original invoice i received from *******, i was billed for 96 LF of cedar 16 and 96 LF of cedar 18, totaling $2,266.56 + tax. However, what was listed on the delivery invoice was 40 LF of cedar 16 and 49 LF of cedar 18, totaling $1,077.78 + tax. There was a huge discrepancy between these 2 invoices, both in material and cost. Furthermore, upon closer inspection the transactions had 2 different invoice numbers? The amount difference between these 2 invoices was $1,188.76. ******* and this company intentionally charged $1,188.76 to my credit card fraudulently. It appears such practice is common place there. *****, *******'s only response thus far to being confronted about the fraudulent action has been to deflect from the subject matter. Except this is illegal, and a crime, and one can not just deflect it away.
