My experience with Tallman eye associates has been horrible. I had cataract surgery October *********************************************************** November. I was given the option of clear lens in each eye which was covered by insurance, or progressive lens which would cost $4,800. I chose the $4,800 out of pocket lens, as it would enable me to see distance without glasses and I would only need over the counter readers for close up. Soon after the surgery my left eye developed Anterior Capsule Phimosis, which I was told could be fixed with a laser procedure. I agreed to have this done, but after the laser procedure, I was left with white floaters which caused it difficult to see. I have not been able to see distance in either eye since having these lens put in. ********************** wanted to put a contact lens over my left eye and do laser on my right eye. I argued that what was the point of having spent $4,800 on lens that do not work. I have asked numerous times for a refund. ******* the manager has avoided my calls for weeks. Focus eye care told me Tallman eye associates agreed to pay for a pair of glasses. This is hardly compensation for a $4800 product that cant be returned and that I'm still paying for with my credit card. I have been trying for weeks to reach ******* the manager to resolve this but I keep getting told they will pass the message along. This is the worst ************** I have ever been to or dealt with in my entire life. $4,800 would cover a lifetime of glasses . I have no way of knowing if the lens they put in were defective or if they were put in wrong. Its not like I can take them out and return them. Anyone going to this office should know what they are up against should they have any problems or complaints.
