  Arrowpoint Properties does not know how to provide proper office management for their property at ************************* in *********. The office manager is hardly in the office and when you call and leave a message, no one calls you back. When I was able to schedule a meeting with the office manager to view an apartment, she was late. Then, I was told that the apartment I was inquiring about was actually not available, even though the website said it was. The office manager proceeded to tell me that she would check with her contractors to see if it would be ready for a July 2nd move in and call me back. I stated to her that if it won't be ready, then I would put a deposit down on another apartment that was available to make sure I had something. The office manager agreed and stated that she would call me back the next day. A week went by with no call from the office manager, and whenever I tried to reach her, there was never any answer when I called and no return call when I left a message. I showed up at different times and days in hope to catch her, but she was never there. Finally got in touch with her and was told that the 1st apartment will not be ready for the beginning of July and that the other apartment is now rented, even though I stated that I wanted to put a deposit down. Although in the beginning it appeared the office manager wanted to help me with renting a place, it turns out that she could care less about it and screwed me over because I learned that she has the "unavailable" apartment already rented to someone else. Shady people and businesses.

  I used to live happily ever after with *********** Holdings apartments until h*** broke loose when Arrowpoint Properties bought this apartment. Rent got increased 60 percent about $600 after 2 month they purchased this business. This apartment has no amenities, no renovations, mice and cockroaches infestation. In an email, Management claimed the rent increase is to help the build these amenities which is daylight robbery. Would my portion of the rent used to build these amenities given back to me when I leave this apartment? Per text messages, conversations, and emails I can prove that the manager ***************************************** is very disrespectful, racist, senseless and inhuman. The company has a very unfriendly and useless policy. You will regret living here over time. The only manager to tell you to keep your trash pile up in your unit before dumpster is cleared is *****************************************. Eviction notice was giving to me within 4 days instead of 5 days of non-payment of rent. This company doesn't listen to tenants. you will be taken to housing court anytime you default on a payment even with a good reason. They have joy in destroying your credit and reputation. Avoid ************************** at ***************************. if you can or live under the rudeness of ***************************************** and management.
