    07/07/23 Purchased a refurbished Whirlpool French door refrigerator (Model WRF560SMYB02). It is worth noting that I asked for the model number BEFORE I purchased the item but was only provided the dimensions of the unit. A. Refrigerator picture was silver, black refridgerator was delivered B. The reridgerator portion of the unit contained a bottle of frozen water. The freezer unit comtained two containers of frozen, partially eaten ice cream and a spoon. 07/19/23 Refridgerator portion of unit stopped working. We reset everything and checked manual for trouble shooting but were unable to see the cause of the problem. Roughly $200 of food was spoiled and disposed of. A. Contacted seller via text to advise that we wanted replacement. Was informed that they would need to evaluate the unit first. B. Unit is under a two month warranty. C. Appointment was scheduled for 10:30 on 07/21/23.07/21/23 No one showed up for the 10:30 appointment. When called they gave a new time and failed to show. This happened multiple times and no one ever came. A. Text message sent asking for appointment time and instructing to call. B. No response. 07/25/23 As of today no response to any additional calls or text messages and refrigerator has not miraculously healed itself. General: They have a storefront in ************ but appear to do most of their business online. Based on some of the information I saw it looks like the work may being done in the ****************** or at least be affiliated. I have asked for a refund and will be putting in a claim with my bank but as of now theyve scammed us and stolen our money. I have the receipt and phone records but I dont believe theyre necessary to resolve this. If they are I will provide.
