    Called ANDRUS at suggestion of friend. Needed electrical work done in my home.*** ANDRUS came to see the job.Discussed what materials I would get, what he would get.*****, his office person reaches out to schedule a date by email.I specifically confirm with her that ANDRUS has the materials do the job.They say yes.The team of 2 men are supposed to show up at my house at 9 AM.By 11 AM I call to see where they are. I am told they are on their way.They show up shortly thereafter, explaining they had to pick up supplies for the job before they got here. But their supplier did not have the parts in stock to do the job. The materials would be in in a week.,I ask them when they will have the parts, so we can reschedule.I then get a bill for $750, stating I stopped them from doing the job. Complete lie.They could not do anything with out the parts required.They keep sending me bills for $750.I will not only file a complaint with BBB, but if it doesnt stop, also with the Attorney General for fraud.
