  I hired what at the time was G&L tree service and landscaping listed as being at ************************* ************, owner *************************. ****** excavated to the footing around my house, felled 3 trees, pulled up 1 *****, dug a huge hole in my back yard and in the process damaged my front steps, my gutters, my gas line, a threshold, the electrical and water line from my pump and sections of trim and soffit. He promised me hed fix it all and finish the job (installing stone, drain, backfill and grade, remove trees and *****, fill in the hole and repair all damage). He is either unavailable or has endless excuses and has not fulfilled his promises or damage obligations. I called another business listed at that address and the person who answered claimed to not know *************************, who incidentally has changed his company name twice since I first hired him. His telephone number is now ************. I was desperate in an area where anyone who could do it was swamped and Id be 2 years out on any job list. My desperation led to boundless stupidity in hiring *************************. I would have liked to rent or sell my house, because of the condition ************************* left my property in I cannot rent it and its worth a lot less on the market. I have limited means, ************************* ripped off someone who could not afford to be ripped off. Hes pretty much destroyed my life. Like a complete idiot I wrote him a check to finish the job and Hes been back once to pick up a load of debris and I havent seen him since. Oh yes, and he also removed all the sheet rock and studs from my garage and left the debris there. I not only got ripped off by *************************, I had to hire other people to do as much as I could afford to try to finish his work. All Im asking him to do now is repair his damage and hes either unavailable or full of excuses. For Gods sake dont hire ************************* no matter what his company is now called.
