      I was very fortunate to have Advanced do a major cleanup of my attic space after bats got in thru a ridge vent Juan and his very capable and professional crew also removed mold and removed all the soiled insulation when the insulation crew came to install the new insulation the foreman stated to me he had never seen such a perfectly cleaned attic space I have also used ADVANCED in a commercial setting with the same satisfactory outcome with no call backs.
      I 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCED!!

      In times of weakness are when you find out who the good people are, and Im very thankful to have hired **** and his team at Advance Restoration.I was away from my home for about a month last March and came back to 2 inches of water across my finished basement due to a sump pump failure (lesson learned - get a battery backup ASAP if you dont have one!). The first step was doing the cleanup and mold remidiation, which I used another vendor for. They got the job done, but with subpar communication and past the original timeline. They also couldnt provide me an accurate estimate of the cost, and I ended up with a much higher bill than the range they gave me (which I negotiated down, but was still a headache).For the rebuild portion of the job, I got a few estimates and went with Advanced Restoration. ***** estimate was detailed, as was his timeline for work. They reinstalled the drywall, repainted, and even removed some missed mold from the original vendor. His team was very friendly. They did a great job wrapping up our personal items so they wouldnt be damaged. I received updates almost daily on what was completed and what was up next. **** even advised me on how to negotiate with the other vendor I referenced above. To sum it up, **** and his team provided me assurance and peace of mind during an extremely stressful experience. The only thing I would do differently if I had to do it again was go with Juans team for the restoration portion of the job as well. I wouldnt wish a flooded basement on my worst enemy, but If anyone has a similar experience and has questions about my experience, I am more than happy to vouche further for Advance Restoration. I also have before and after pictures. Thank you ****!
