      I worked with Dr Ciccone at the end of 2023 and I really enjoyed teaming with him and the results! He was responsive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. With his help, I was able to loose the 30lbs that I had wanted to loose for the last ten years. Even better - my eating habits have improved, Ive kept the weight off and Ive never felt healthier. Money very well spent!

      I strongly recommend Ciccone Wellness Weight Loss Program for anyone wanting to lose weight in a healthy way with lots of support! I lost 50 lbs last year on this program never feeling hungry! Support from coaches in the program and daily journaling gave inner strength and power to control and better my eating habits.       Beware of Dr. Ciccone's weight loss program! Initially quoted $2595 with no discounts, my friend got the same program for $1500. When I confronted Dr. Ciccone with proof,, he stopped communication after just 12 days into the program. No attempts to resolve the issue, no phone calls, just a rude email stating I forfeited my money. Dr. Ciccone's friendly facade hides a money-driven practice. Those considering the $2595 program should be aware it may be available for much less elsewhere. Truly disappointing and shameful.

As previously and extensively discussed with you, we strive to offer fair pricing and excellent service to all our clients.
      We understand your frustration regarding the pricing difference you observed between your quoted rate and the rate your friend received. Our pricing structure may vary based on individual circumstances, promotions, or other factors, and I regret any confusion or disappointment this may have caused you. As we communicated privately, once we looked into the matter, we did our best to explain to you that you and your friend were quoted rates for two different programs and with a promotion factored in. This was the difference in cost. Like any business, we offer a variety of services and promotional opportunities tailored to different needs and preferences. For instance, our programs differ in the level of involvement, with options ranging from doctor-led to weight loss coach-led, which explains an additional reason for the observed difference in pricing.
      Our wellness center is deeply committed to the health and satisfaction of all our clients, a commitment reflected in the remarkable success of our anti-inflammatory weight loss program, as evidenced by numerous glowing testimonials on our website.
      Dr. Ciccone continued to reach out to you to to continue your program until correspondence ceased from you. He was invested in seeing you achieve the same results as our other clients and patients, and was disappointed you did not continue on. It's important to note, as stated in the agreement, that once you've received permanent possession and access to our full comprehensive program and materials, refunds cannot be issued for client non-compliance.
