      November 1,2023 I purchased online a small three drawer dresser. It was white with painted flower top. The exterior pictures looked fine. When I went to pick up the item I could see the top was bowed. When It was put on the dolly I noticed the top was separated from the side. In addition, the underside was separated from the front. I questioned the Manager about this and she said all sales are final. I hadn't even taken it out of the store. The pictures did not show these flaws nor were they mentioned before I paid for the item. She said I could reconsign it but it may or may not sell and If it does, I may not get the full amount back.

      In light of the hidden damage I consider this deceptive practice not to mention and show the damage before a consumer buys the item.  I had no choice but to reconsign it to my account,

      BBB contacted the consumer who advised that after receiving the complaint, the business reached out to the consumer and agreed to send a full refund.
