    THEY ARE CHEATERS. They changed the contract 3 times within a week and finally said the system in out of stock. It was supposed to be a ********** System and as per them system is out of stock for next few months. Unbelievable. Also no ********** alternative was provided. Leo was at our place and we agreed on a 2 TON system. Then after few hours he changed the system to 2.5 TON. Then are few days another contract to adjust to REBATES. And after three contracts, they went out of SYSTEM that was supposed to be installed. With a week of signing a contract the system is out of stock. Actually it is not out of stock. They goofed up with the REBATES due to there mistake and now don't want to install the system at same price. They even do not have courage to speak about a price change so that I could have increased the price at my end. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS.

    Hello, Ankur. We would like to take the opportunity to clarify the situation.When our sales engineer initially visited your home, we quoted a 2-ton ********** system. However, after reviewing the dimensions and available space, we realized the system would not fit properly in your attic. To ensure a better fit and performance, we recommended a 2.5-ton ********** system. Additionally, we recognized an error in the rebate amount and took responsibility, making it clear that we would cover the difference and ensure no impact to the final price, as originally discussed with ****** a small business, we do not stock equipment before jobs are accepted and scheduled. For this reason, and as our terms and conditions outline, we reserve the right to change equipment due to supply chain issues. Unfortunately, when we attempted to order your ********** equipment, our suppliers informed us that it was out of stock and unavailable due to upcoming refrigerant changes. In response, we promptly reached out to offer two alternatives: a Bosch 2-ton system that meets your design and rebate requirements, and we would honor the original quoted price given the installation timeline, or the option to wait for *********** new system utilizing R-454B refrigerant, with the caveat that prices may change due to anticipated cost increases (the exact cost will not be known until the equipment is released). Our commitment has always been to honor the originally quoted price while ensuring the best possible solution for your home. While we acknowledge the situation was not ideal, we have made every effort to offer you effective alternatives. Given the nature of recent communications, which have included allegations and legal threats, we do not believe we can move forward productively at this time.

    Jay Moody installed three (3) ********** mini split units. I as a novice user had no expectation about the system. I do not regret having them installed because the cool air I am getting only from the mini split will be helpful during the summer. I was told that my mini splits would serve nicely for summer and winter. I am only getting cool to cold air from them. I am definitely not getting rid of my natural air heating system.

    Hi ********. We remember your install well and were a bit surprised to hear you are not satisfied with the sytem's performance in the warmer weather. This could just be a setting issue. Regardless, we are absolutely happy to come out and take a look before the hot temperatures return. Our service department will reach out directly to schedule a visit.
