    The absolute worst. Theyre garbage patio moved and sank every single year one year after it was built. They came back two years in arow to fix it in the beginning and then refused to show up after that even after speaking to the owner. Nothing they can do they said. Complete waste of $15,000. Buyer beware.

    This project was completed Ten (10) years ago. We did go back as stated by complainant. We've not heard from him in years, until now. ********** was discovered that the water table surrounding his property was very high. Thus, we installed a drainage system around the patio in hopes of it capturing water and draining it away from the patio. Apparently the problem has worsened. This could be due to natural occurrences under ground, and/or recent development of other homes being built adjacent to his property, thus possibly changing ground water elevations.I'd recommend he hire a company to test ground water elevations.
