      The folks are friendly enough. Despite their positive attitude, I have had nothing but problems with this company. My account is constantly reflecting "issues", yet when I email or call for assistance I am either instructed to contact another group with Regional, or I am told that everything is all set and there is no problem, despite the fact that my account shows there is. Having a problem falsely displayed on my account also means I have not received my necessary resupplies. Apparently the patient doesn't matter to Regional Home Care.

      I continue to be really impressed with the level of support and service provided. Every single person Ive spoken to, each time I make or receive a call with RHC, has not only been easy but genuinely pleasant and enjoyable. Believe me, I am not easy to impress with this sort of service - they are among the best.

      So far I have been very pleased with my bipap machine and the service I have received from regional Homecare. I recommend anyone who is in need of a cpap or bipap machine to using this company.

      This company is lying to me, switching me to different numbers and voice mails, they are not providing me with my medical equipment that I very much need, sending me wrong items, can't get a person to talk to me and they are flat out making things up. I am close to taking legal action.

      The clinician  Ashley (in *****) does a wonderful job explaining about the use of CPAP. It is a lot to get in your head and remember them. She was wonderful.

      Stay away!!!I am only using this place out of necessity, because they seem to be the only CPAP provider for a bunch of local MD offices.Here are my thoughts:- they are overpriced - all their CPAP supplies can be bought elsewhere for less. - they don't care about you - when I had a moldy CPAP device and they haven't move a finger to help facilitate a repair or replacement.- their customer service is rude and condescending. I purchased a CPAP battery from them, it does not hold the advertised time from the very first day, and they will simply won't accept the return. They promised to give me a call back from the supervisor, and no one ever called.

      Terrible customer service. I had insurance (the same one) since before my CPAP was ordered and they stated that the insurance couldn't process the claim because I had an out of state address, which is legal if property is owned in another state. I spoke to my insurance and they said they have never heard of such a thing. They went back and forth and back and forth threatening to take my machine away and insisting I owe them for the machine (twice the cost of what it was from the company). Then the machines were recalled and not one person called to let me know about this and offer another machine. Very disappointed that this company values profits over patient care. Would not recommend.
