With the recent and unexpected loss of a beloved family member, we were faced with deciding what to do with a house that needed extensive renovation. We met with many home investors but Anwar from HCS stood out among the rest. His honest, accommodating, no pressure attitude made this decision easy for us. We received a very fair offer for our property along with a no hassle and timely closing. We have no regrets with the decision we made and highly recommend his service! Should we find ourselves in this situation in the future, we know who to call Anwar from HCS.

Home Cash Solutions was an easy way to sell my brothers condo. It was an estate sale and they were very patient waiting for all my approvals from the probate court. The best part was they buy as is and they do all the clean out. I highly recommend them.Home Cash Solutions
