Paid with credit card my portion $100 and ***** was credited $150 on 5/19/2022 - Camp says on the website no re****s unless it is covid related. *********** lost one week of camp due to covid July 4th- 8th. On July 9th, the camp announced that parents would receive a 60% re**** for session one payments. -7/26th received a letter from my child at camp that she was being harassed by ******* and being bullied and that her clothes were being stolen from her. -7/29th. I contacted the camp director directly and advised of my concerns and wanting to file a complaint. She advised that she look for the items in question. I requested a full re**** at that point. -8/7th, I inquired about my 60% re**** as well as sent a list of items she was missing. -8/10th the Program Director ************************* wrote in an email that As for the 60% for Session 1, your campers tuition was coverage fully by the ** Fund, so our records show that we did not receive a payment from you. I submitted the breakdown of payments made by me and the ***** **** for my accounts (my kids account and my nieces account), submitted receipts and bank statements, as well as emails between me and the camp about the payments I made and to expect the ***** payments. 60% of $400 out of pocket owed is $240. 8/16th, still no response about re****, sent a follow up email and left a voicemail. 8/17th reported to the BBB at this point I want my entire $400 back.
