    I am filing a formal complaint against ***** ******, *****, CSAT, CCPS, owner of Center for Life Solutions ***** located in *********, *************. This complaint concerns severe breaches of contract, violations of confidentiality, false accusations, and non-payment for services rendered, resulting in reputational damage and financial loss to my business.Breach of Confidentiality:Ms. ****** has repeatedly violated our signed confidentiality agreement by disclosing sensitive business information to third parties not involved in our contract. Despite numerous reminders to cease these unauthorized disclosures, Ms. ****** continued these actions and responded with hostility, asserting a right to share this information freely.False Accusations and Reputational Damage:Ms. ****** has falsely accused my company of overcharging her by $15,000 since March 2024. These claims are entirely without merit and lack factual or evidentiary support. Each invoice was accompanied by detailed records of the services provided, which she had agreed to. These allegations surfaced only after we addressed her breach of confidentiality and have severely damaged our businesss reputation, adversely affecting our operations and professional standing.Non-Payment for Services Rendered:Ms. ****** owes $1,702.80 for billing services rendered under our contract, in addition to extra work such as mediation efforts with providers who left her practice. Despite numerous attempts to collect this outstanding balance via phone and email, Ms. ****** has ignored all communications, leaving the matter unresolved.Additionally, Ms. ****** has displayed a troubling pattern of unprofessional behavior. Over the past year, she has cycled through three different billing companies, and several providers have left her practice due to extreme mismanagement and severe reimbursement issues.I respectfully request assistance in resolving this matter to ensure that Ms. ****** fulfills her obligations.
