    **Beware of this tennis league and its management practices. I registered for the 3.5 league but was placed in a lower level with 2.5-rated players, despite my skill level. When I respectfully requested to be moved to an appropriate group, the owner refused. Upon asking for a refund, the owner responded rudely and used inappropriate language, including the phrase WTF. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from someone managing a league.I strongly advise anyone considering joining this league to be cautious. The lack of respect, poor communication, and unwillingness to resolve issues in a fair manner are concerning. There are many other leagues with better organization and professionalism. Avoid this league to save yourself from frustration.**

    Treated like crap! Horrible customer service. The owner, ***************************? Thinks insulting a customer is good business? I paid $30 to play tennis in a ****** league and all I really got was some insults when I asked an easy question. When I asked a second time, ****************************, the owner, operator, doubled down on the insults. When I asked a third time NICELY he doubled down again. I didn't really just pay $30 for insults, did I? So far tennis ZERO; Insults THREE. Me=Loser who paid $30! Seems a scam and a con job. It's very possible that the "registered" tennis players aren't even real.

    Wasted money for a season where ****** helps his minions plays with each other. When provided this feedback, he shamed me for calling it out. Please **************** on this league. There are others much better
