    For over 3 weeks I’ve been trying to return two auto parts to AM auto parts and they have been doing nothing but playing games. Bouncing me from one thing to the next. All I needed were return shipping labels and they kept playing hide n seek.

    Purchased sellers product as described on their ad. When I received the incorrect/incomplete order. The seller then changed the description of their ad, and proceeded to tell me that I ordered incorrectly and the order was fulfilled correctly. Fortunately, for me, I took a screenshot of their ad and sent it to them, informing them that they are liars, and that theyre in violation of the fair trade act. They proceeded to tell me that the order has been fulfilled correctly, even with visual proof that it was not.

    I want my order fulfilled as advertised at time of purchase. Seller changed ad once i informed them the order was incomplete.

    seller needs to ship me a LH Fender liner  to complete my order.

    I am rejecting this response because: The only acceptable response is that they will  honor their advertisement at time of purchase and hold the  person in their organization responsible for their mistake. There are laws in place that prevent companies for engaging in deceptive practices like this company is engaging  in.

    I ordered front replacement struts for my 2000 buick lesabre and they sent me ones that will not allow me to safely operate the vehicle. They are so tall and stiff that the front end of my car is very high and it makes the car swerve around when I hit bumps in the road. My headlight are pointing up at other drivers because my front end is so high. I ordered different parts to replace these struts, so I just want to return these struts that obviously won't work for me, they told me that it should be fine the way it is and ceased communication. I have been buying parts from this company for years. It's a shame to see good customers be treated this way. I just want to return the struts and get my money back. The listing shows a ten year warranty, I only had them on the car for one day. The pictures show the original strut compared to the new strut, there is obviously more coils in the new spring, causing the car to ride very tall, there was never that much clearance between the tire and the fender, this is my third buick lesabre.

    I ordered some headlights for my truck and they are not the correct lights for my truck, although their description says they are. Tried going through AM Auto Parts steps to return these and the page is not available. Cant contact by phone, only email, in which they dont respond! This is a complete joke and I hope I didnt get scammed

    Bought headlights that came in defectived....can't return because the link they sent me does not work..spent over 500 dollars ...phone number doesn't receive calls strictly emails ..very disappointed and I feel scammed...

After I got the parts I took it to a ****** dealer where I purchased the vehicle to have the axle's changed as the right side boot is ripped, the mechanic changed only the right side were it was ripped but did not do the left side; as the ""dynamic damper"" is missing on the axle; which they are fraudulently false advertised which they clearly show in the picture with ""dynamic damper"" and still advertising with it. So I have contacted them several times which they wasted week of time talking pictures, then again with pictures by opening the clear packaging which you can see clearly that it does not have ""dynamic damper"" , I even had to crawl under my car to take pictures or original part that shows ""dynamic damper"". They are acting like they don't know what they are selling. Then their excuse finally arrives "item should install just fine" then after I told me you are advertising with it then their excuse "We do not currently offer the axle with the dynamic damper". How am I suppose to return it when right side has been changed. Desired Resolution : Partial Refund for the missing ""dynamic damper"", or send me missing dynamic damper, or send me correct part that advertised with dynamic damper. Or I return the left side axle and you refund me half way.

    The "dynamic damper" is something that is not always needed depending on the design/manufacture of the axle.  Those dampers are simply balancers that are there to balance it out to prevent any vibration.  Our axle is completely balanced without this damper, so it is simply not needed.  All but one of the images in our listing show a bare axle shaft, which is the type he received.  

    The customer ordered through **** which does not permit partial refunds.  The customer can either send both back for a refund or install them.  They are free to submit a return request through their **** account or contact **** for further assistance with this order.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Seller clearly does not know what they are talking about, the driver side, front left by manufactures specifically indicates in their service manual that axle suppose to have "dynamic damper" for the CVT transmission, as the axle is very

    close to the wheel which is require for the left driver side. This vibrations and natural resonance caused by CVT transmission. As all axle's suppose to be balance to a decree for all the vehicles.

    The picture s-l1600.jpg  is the picture from **** where the seller false advertising that it has "dynamic damper" for left side, and seller right now is lying that they send me that. I have added the pictures that I have send to the seller during communication on ****.  This is what I received.  The passenger side which does not require "dynamic damper"  as it far away from the wheel was changed I just can't take it off and just send it to you, as the right side is perfectly fine, and I am not complaining about right passenger side at all, it the left driver side that missing  "dynamic damper"; which I am complain about.

    Several minutes ago I just spoke with **** and they told me yes they do allow partial refunds. Where in the world did they get that **** does not allow partial refunds?

    This was purchased through **** which does not allow partial refunds.  The customer can simply submit a return request with **** or have **** step in to review their case.  As stated before, that damper is not a necessary part and ours did not come with it because the part is totally balanced from factory.  That piece is basically a balancer that is not always needed.

    I order rotor set for my car on the AM website when I installed only front ones fit but the back ones were wrong. I try to contact them to resolve my problem but they don't want to accept partial returns because I already installed front set. They still sell correct parts on the website but they just refuse to exchange.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This is bad business practice after selling me half right and half wrong parts they refuse  to exchange wrong ones for correct part. This created inconvenience and expenses on my side, they only offer me a refund if I shipped wrong part and pay for shipping cost.  Customer Service has limited knowledge about product and parts they are selling, no help at all.

    I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
