  I have never met such an unprofessional, rude individual as the lead who came out. Firstly, he laughed at my stutter. Bad start. If I didnt need the work done he would've been gone. He had no idea the scope of the work as agreed in writingnotably that the job would be in two phases. He was angry & wanted to know who agreed to this/gave the estimate. I told him one of your guys to which he kept asking what guy" and rolling his eyes. He said he couldnt work with those conditions. I was done. I tried calling the office. Their phones were not taking incoming calls for two days due to an IT issue-only email was possible. I emailed the company president from the website detailing the issues and requesting a call back. I got a call back from the project manager/scheduler, but was not able to speak with the president nor the gentleman who originally did the estimate although she admitted he was in the office. I explained everything all over again, and still the work was not done as stated (two consecutive phases instead of separated by weeks). The last straw was when I told him one day I would need them to park in the street as I work nights, would be parking in the driveway, and would need to get out after a few hours that day for a doctors appointment I had been waiting three months for. He boxed me in. I went to find them and they were inside the tent with HEPAs running-they couldnt hear me. I missed my appointment. I finally found him and raised the issue. He said he was out by his truck. I called ***** I was looking in his truck to find him, the backyard, the garage, etc. nothing. He stuck by his guns until I invited him to come into the living room and view the **** footage with me. Then he backed down and apologized after he bold faced lied to me. Finally, the language barrier was so strong we couldn't decipher his texts and had to call/email the office for explanations.BEWARE: THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR.

  Dear Mr. ******************** are truly sorry to learn that your experience was so negative and fell far short of your expectations and our standards. 

  Were also very troubled by the unprofessional behavior you described, particularly the disrespectful comments and unacceptable performance of our former team lead. That individual is no longer with our company.

  
  We also regret the miscommunication regarding the scope of work and the scheduling issues, as well as the difficulty you had reaching our office to address your concerns.
