    This is my first time having a tax preparer in years and I received a letter from the *** stating there was something wrong with my taxes.********************** signed off on preparing my taxes. I Only have W2s. It's not a complicated tax situation.Never received a call except to say it was approved and ready for me to sign on 4/25/24. I've been calling and I keep receiving the voicemail with no callback to explain. I will not use their services again and do not recommend them.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We understand that any letter from the *** would cause alarm & concern. We are happy to assist you in the matter. However, we need to see the letter to determine if there was in fact something wrong with the preparation of the tax return as you claim or not, and how to best respond to the letter. We are happy to set up a time for you to bring in the letter.
    Thank you for taking the time to call us. We are sorry we missed your calls. Please understand, due to our volume of calls, we are not always able to pick up every phone call right away. If you kindly accept the option to leave a voicemail with a phone number to call back, we would be more than happy to help you. But now that we are aware of the issue, we look forward to contacting you!

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    I did call your business multiple times and left a voicemail. I work 9-5pm and I'm pregnant, therefore; timing is limited. The only way to get response from this business was going through the BBB.
