    We used Wagner Development to renovate two bathrooms at our home. One of the reasons we chose to go with Wagner Development is that **** doesn't juggle multiple projects. When he is working with you he is there every step of the way from design to completion. Once the job starts, **** is there every day. There are no days off until the project is done to satisfaction. He and his crew clean up their work area every day and seal off the area so that no dust or debris gets outside of the work area. **** and his staff offer multiple design options and styles to fit the customers tastes. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use **** and Wagner Development for another project.

    I had a new handicap accessible bathroom built in 2022 by Wagner Development. The bathroom complies with *** regulations and accommodates all my needs as I am in a wheelchair. They were attentive to the smallest of details. Thank you **** for a job well done. ********

    We worked with **** Wagner and his team in 2022 to redo our kitchen/dining room. We have a quirky old house and I was concerned it might be a problem. But **** made it look easy. I was super impressed by his professionalism and work quality. He delivered exactly what we wanted in a very collaborative way. He updated us us daily and constantly sought out input on issues. Ultimately, the best outcome we could have imagined. We are currently planning to renovate the primary bath at our house and have already reached out to **** to be our contractor. I have 100% confidence he will do another great job.

    We worked with Wagner Development to add a bathroom to a home we purchased in 2021 that did not have a master bath. I had high hopes for the project, and **** and his team exceeded every single one. I have never worked with a more communicative, professional, and courteous team on anything. The transformation of an unused bedroom to a master bathroom and closet was incredible, but you'd never know there was a major renovation project going on. All of the work fit into the home so seamlessly, and every day they finished by cleaning so thoroughly that you'd hardly know they were here if it weren't for the finished product. Highly, highly, highly recommended. We'll be using Wagner Development again in the near future when we remodel our kitchen. I wouldn't even consider asking anyone else.
