      We hired College Hunks Hauling ***************************** **********************************************************. To complete a move from our apartment to our townhome on September 1st 2024. During the move the movers did not bring proper equipment (did not even bring a dolly, had to borrow ours) and in the process of moving damaged a leather couch, dinning room chair, and box spring. When agreeing to the move we had purchased their additional coverage. Since that date we have made multiple attempts to resolve and be compensated for the damage per their contract and insurance policy we paid extra for with no response. Message and emails are going unanswered to a ***** *** Moving Operations Manager. Attempts to call the main line number result in us being told a case is open and someone will call us back.
