    I contracted with Marcio ***** to install an 8X8 permeable patio in my back yard In the Fall 2023.The specifics were permeable pavers with crushed stone underneath and permeable grout that complied with my home owners association instructions.The patio was installed however upon an independent inspection by another contractor hired by the association revealed that the pavers installed were not permeable and instead of 3/4 crushed stone Marcio installed stone dust and the grout was not permeable. As a result the patio had to be removed. Marcio agreed to install a new patio that complied with the association's specs.Marcio has not fulfilled the contracted partio install and I had to use the services of an attorney at my expense to resolve this issue. As of 6/6/2024 no patio has been installed and Marcio has stopped all communication with my family. I have sustained a loss in excess of $4000.00 and my only recourse is to file a civil suit to recoup my loss or contact the appropriate police department to file a criminal complaint against Marcio and his company.I requested a refund for the price of the patio and Marcio refused to issue one.I would not recommend this individual or his company for any work.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    The business owner Marcio ***** has totally stopped communicating with me after advising he would put in a new patio that

    complies with the *** specs.

    This is so

    frustrating and Im currently $2,400 out of

    pocket between his

    fee and the lawyer I had to retain
