    I was searching for a ****** Sequoia and found one on their website. Did my homework, read the reviews and cautiously stopped in. **** greated me right away, had a great rapport, never any pressure. We had an open and honest discussion about their Sequoia and my 4Runner. Told them what I could do and they worked with me to make it happen. After I brought the vehicle home, I an a concern, called **** M who put me in touch with their service manager *****. He took care of everything. Could not have been easier and I could not be more happy.

    *********************************** and the Highline Motor Group are scammers. They sold me a lemon, I kept brining it in to be repaired, and they never fixed any of the issues. They would lie to me and tell me that the car was fixed, but they would only fix it enough to last for a few days. The car broke down over and over again during the warranty period, and they refused to give me my money back. ******* will play the victim and act like he did everything he could, when in reality they do nothing and sell lemons. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

    Stopped by to test drive a few cars and everyone was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend them.

    I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from these guys. I got a car from them and when I was driving it home there was a vibration at 60miles per hour. No big deal I'll just take it to the tire store and have the tires high speed balanced. Was told the tires were junk. Now mind you the car had less than **** miles on it. I called up **** at ********* and he basically told me I'm full of c*** and Town Fair Tire was just trying to sell me new tires. I asked him if he drove the car and knew this to be the case (of course he didn't). So I said I'll take it somewhere else to double check (Town Fair didn't charge me because they couldn't fix the issue) So I took it to ******** Tire, and they said the exact same thing. I called them back and **** (he's the sales manager) wouldn't even take my calls anymore and had (I'm assuming) his assist talk to me who was the most condescending person I've ever delt with. All turned out well for me, Pirelli (great customer service) replaced the bad tires for free!!!The whole time I was working on the deal **** kept saying how they stand behind their cars and their reputation!!! I'd love to send this to the owner also *********************************** (according to Linked In)
