      *********************************************** is a one-man business working diligently to mitigate mold issues for homeowners. I had another contractor come out and, without penetrating a single wallboard told me exactly where my mold problem was and how much it would cost for him to mitigate the problem where he was certain the problem already was. He didn't care about my attic where the source of the problem was coming from nor the 1st floor and basement where the problem was likely headed. Turns out, he was way off. *********, on the other hand, took a completely different approach starting at ground zero where the evidence existed and then moved in all directions wherever the extent of the mold problem took him. He systematically moved both up and down, applying botanical products to remediate the mold and staining and set up a negative air flow system to move mold spores out of my home, according to recommended standards and best practices. ********* found a way to fit me in last minute and worked through weekends to get the job done minimizing disruption to my home while maximizing the elimination of mold. He was kind and informative and took the work of restoring my home very seriously. I would endorse ********* for mold mitigation for any remediation problem big or small. He is honest, trustworthy and highly focused on the task at hand. I hope I never need ********* back again to deal with mold in my home but should that ever occur, if he is still in business, I will not hesitate to call him and no one else to resolve my issues.
