    If the reviews here and the recommendation my upstairs neighbor are true, that the work he does is good, youd never know it by me. Made an appointment and he came out to give me a quote. Turns out it was half what he charged my upstairs neighbor (we have same number of windows and sliders okay then, hows that?) so scheduled a time for the work to be done. That time came and went without him showing up. I gave it 45 minutes and then called. I asked if I got the time wrong and he acted like he didnt know who I was, even asking if I was sure I was calling the right business. I again explained who I was, that he had been out here and had set up the just missed time for the work to be done. He mumbled something about how it didnt end up in his book and he would call me towards days end. Never heard from him.****, if you changed your mind about doing the job, then you should have said so, dont put on the charade you did. You wasted my time when you first came out here, as well as moving things in preparation of you being here, and then waiting for you to show up and then call back. Very unprofessional. Must be nice to have enough work that you can treat people that way. Dependable? Not so much
